We want to assure you that our apps do not collect, store, or share any personal data from users. We do not gather any information that could be used to identify you, your device, or your usage patterns.

 

Third-Party Services

Any third party data that our apps use, comes from publically available data from the U.S. government. Our apps do not integrate with third-party services or platforms that collect user data. This includes advertising networks, analytics services, or any other data collection services.

The OPEN Government Data Act makes Data.gov a requirement in statute, rather than a policy. It requires federal agencies to publish their information online as open data, using standardized, machine-readable data formats, with their metadata included in the Data.gov catalog.

Under the OPEN Government Data Act, which is Title II of the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act, government data is required to be made available in open, machine-readable formats, while continuing to ensure privacy and security.
